Labels detaching?
Common adhesives fail in sun, humidity or intense dust.

Industrial printers, durable labels (humidity, dust, sun), resin ribbons and scanners for containers, bags, agrochemicals, seeds and veterinary. We advise based on environment, format and GHS regulation.

In agriculture, a poorly chosen label can cause regulatory fines, container failures or loss of batch traceability. That is why we define printer, label, ribbon and reading based on the environment (humidity, dust, sun) and the applicable regulation (GHS, SENASA).
At Gustavo D. Campos we help you build the complete system for containers, bags, agrochemicals, seeds and veterinary.
Most go unnoticed until they cause a fine for unreadable GHS label, a container with lost info or a rejected batch. Catching them early prevents escalation.
Common adhesives fail in sun, humidity or intense dust.
A small printer can't handle the pace of an agrochemical or seed plant.
GHS pictograms and safety bands require color printing with certified ink.
In the pot or the bag, a paper tag softens with watering and sun, and the code is lost before the sale.

Without a collector, control of bags and containers becomes guesswork in the warehouse.
Farming does not buy evenly: the summer season (Sep–Dec) and the winter one (May–Jul) concentrate 80 % of the labelling. The restock plan follows that calendar, not the average.
Order the summer-season stock in August and the winter one in March. We remind you on WhatsApp a month ahead.
The agro flow in 4 stages: from container manufacturing to dispatch to the producer.
Identification of batch, date, composition and destination on containers, bags or drums from the production exit.
Containers ready for control and dispatchDurable labels for drums, bags, pallets or boxes in warehouse, with readable codes for stock control.
Clearer stock and traceable locationsOrder, destination and logistic documentation labeling to reduce errors in preparation and distribution.
Distribution without reworkTracking of batch, origin, producer, input or container to the end customer, based on each company's operation.
More organized traceabilityPerformance depends on printer, label, ribbon and scanner withstanding outdoor environment and handling.
Consult recommended combination

We help you define the right combination before you buy.
The clearer these variables are when you ask, the more concrete and useful the recommendation will be.
Drum, bag, jerrycan, veterinary bottle, bagged seed.
Outdoors, watering or weeks in the sun: polyester with resin or an adhesive-free tag.
GHS, SENASA or other mandatory labeling rules.
Whether you need GHS pictograms in color or just basic information.
If it is read in the field: mobile computer rated IP65 or higher.
Number of containers or labels per season.
With this information we can recommend better.
The questions we hear most when someone is building or upgrading a labeling system for this sector.
For containers exposed to sun, humidity and dust we recommend polyester with permanent adhesive or synthetic with durable material. Combined with resin ribbon, they keep readability for years in warehouse or field. The choice depends on the container type and expected exposure time.
For GHS pictograms and safety bands, a color printer with BS 5609 certified ink like Epson ColorWorks CW-C6000AU is recommended: prints on demand with regulatory quality. If you only need monochrome info, a standard industrial (ZT411, PM45) is enough.
Yes, especially if you handle multiple SKUs of drums, bags or bottles. A portable collector like Zebra TC22 or Honeywell EDA52 allows counting, moving and tracing containers without returning to the central system. For intensive outdoor use, IP67-rated options exist.
Tell us what containers you label, in what environment and what regulation you comply with. We will recommend printer, label, ribbon and scanner based on your operation.
