Picking errors?
Misread codes or damaged labels lead to wrong shipments.

Label printers, barcode scanners, labels and ribbons for receiving, picking, dispatch and inventory. We advise on each combination based on volume, operating environment and operation.

In logistics, a poorly chosen label can cause delays, picking errors or loss of traceability. Buying a printer is not enough: equipment, label, ribbon and reading must be defined according to the warehouse's real flow.
We build the complete printing, identification and data-capture system for your operation.
Most are not noticed until they have already caused a wrong shipment, a lost unit or a peak-hour delay. Spotting them in time keeps them from escalating.
Misread codes or damaged labels lead to wrong shipments.
The wrong adhesive fails on cardboard, film, plastic or dust.

Without identifying every movement, stock control becomes guesswork.
With a corded scanner, every pallet on the loading dock means a trip back to the desk. A cordless one reads where the goods are.
Racks and pallets need visible and consistent codes.

The 4-step warehouse operational flow. Inventory and stock control rely on this flow.
Clear identification from arrival at the warehouse, verified against delivery note or purchase order.
No delays at receivingAssignment to rack, position and pallet with legible and consistent codes so picking speed is preserved.
Faster pickingFast reading in racks and prep areas, with verified codes to reduce errors.
Fewer pack errorsShipping labels with tracking and batch codes, ready to integrate with the carrier.
Reprocess-free dispatchReal performance depends on printer, label, ribbon and scanner being compatible.
Get the recommended combination

We help you define the right combination before buying.
What to clarify before buying. The clearer these variables are during the consultation, the more concrete and useful the recommendation will be.
How many cartons ship per day and when the peak is.
How many positions, at what height and from how far they are read.
A shipment that lasts days: direct thermal. A rack that lasts years: synthetic with ribbon.
Corded scanner at the desk, cordless at loading or a mobile computer in the aisle.
WMS, ERP or spreadsheet: decides whether the mobile computer runs an app or only scans.
A 100 × 150 carton label or a wider pallet label: decides the printer width.
With this info we can recommend better.
The questions we hear most when someone is building or upgrading a warehouse labeling system.
Models such as Zebra ZT411, SATO CL4NX or Honeywell PM45 can be suitable options depending on volume, connectivity and label type. If your volume is low or medium, a rugged desktop printer is usually enough. We help you evaluate pace, print width and connectivity before choosing.
Typically synthetic labels (polyester or polypropylene) with permanent adhesive. They resist dust, humidity and handling better than common thermal labels. Size and material are chosen based on aisle reading distance and rack surface.
If you only need to verify codes at receiving or dispatch, a handheld scanner can be enough. If you need mobile inventory, zone picking or offline work, a data collector is worth evaluating. The choice depends on workflow and how much the operator has to move.
