Dispatch going slow?
A small printer can't handle hundreds of daily shipments without slowing down.

Thermal printers, shipping labels, picking scanners and order-preparation solutions for high-volume operations. We advise based on dispatch pace, carrier and label format.

In e-commerce, a poorly printed label can cause lost shipments, returns or carrier complaints. That's why we define printer, label and reading based on daily volume and dispatch flow.
At Gustavo D. Campos we help you build the complete system for printing and picking to prepare orders at high speed.
Most go unnoticed until they cause a lost shipment, a return or a fight with the carrier. Catching them early prevents escalation.

Poorly specified thermal labels or low density ruin the tracking code.
Without fast scanners, parcel build-up fills with errors.
Operators walking with paper lose time and accuracy.
Weak adhesives fail on corrugated cardboard, film or cold.

A packing station is not sized from a catalogue: it is sized by parcels a day. Pick yours and see what changes.

Consult recommended combination

We help you define the right combination before you buy.
The clearer these variables are when you ask, the more concrete and useful the recommendation will be.
Actual number of labels printed per day.
Andreani, OCA, Correo, Mercado Envíos or your own fleet.
10x15, 4x6, A6 or another size depending on the courier.
If you want the delivery note or return on the same label: die-cut multi-label.
Corded, cordless or mobile computer depending on how much the operator moves.
Printing from the platform, ERP or TMS: USB, Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
With this information we can recommend better.
The questions we hear most when someone is building or upgrading a shipping-printing system.
For volumes from hundreds to thousands of daily labels direct thermal printers like Zebra ZD230, ZD421T or Brother TD-4420DN work well: fast, no ribbon, compact form factor. If your volume is lower or stable, there are more economical alternatives. We help you evaluate pace and label format before choosing.
Typically direct thermal labels (no ribbon needed) in standard carrier formats (10x15, 4x6, etc.). They withstand transport handling without losing legibility when density and material are correct. We recommend specifying them per carrier and operation.
If picking is at a fixed point, a handheld scanner is enough. If you walk a warehouse or work offline, a data collector is worth evaluating. The choice depends on workflow, pace and integration with your order management system.
Tell us your daily volume, which carriers you use and what label format you need. We will recommend printer, label and scanner based on your dispatch pace.
