Ink smearing with washing?
Without textile resin ribbon, the print does not withstand washing.

Textile printers, fabric labels (satin, polyamide), resin ribbons and tag applicators for sewing, apparel, footwear and home goods. We advise based on material, washing and volume.

In textile, a poorly chosen label can cause washing failures, smeared ink or tag detachment. That is why we define printer, label, ribbon and applicator based on the garment material and the washing process.
At Gustavo D. Campos we help you build the complete system to label composition, size, brand and garment traceability.
Most go unnoticed until they cause a customer complaint, a return for unreadable composition or a rejected batch. Catching them early prevents escalation.
Without textile resin ribbon, the print does not withstand washing.
A common printer does not print correctly on satin or polyamide.
Material and ribbon poorly matched ruin readability after the first wash.
Poorly calibrated applicators mark or tear the fabric.

Without scanning, garment control in production becomes guesswork.
Pick the fibre and the wash: the label above rebuilds itself. It is the same layout we leave loaded in your printer.
Argentine Res. SC 26/96: composition in %, care symbols and origin. We leave it set up in your printer.
The textile flow in 4 stages: from raw material to finished garment with its composition label.
Internal label with composition, care instructions and origin, in languages and formats required by country of sale.
Regulatory complianceHanging tag with brand, size and price, applied to the garment with fine fasteners without marking or tearing the fabric.
Ready for the shelfGarment identification in production lines and stock for process, consumption and restocking control.
Real stock per SKUBox, pack or pallet label with destination for shipping to branches, warehouses or customers with integrated courier.
Distribution without reworkPerformance depends on printer, fabric, ribbon and applicator being compatible with your process.
Consult recommended combination

We help you define the right combination before you buy.
The clearer these variables are when you ask, the more concrete and useful the recommendation will be.
Satin, polyamide, taffeta or other depending on design.
Industrial, domestic, dry cleaning or other.
Which data it carries (composition, size, care, origin): decides the label size.
Composition in the languages each sales country requires.
Whether you need an applicator for outer tags.
How many labels per season and in how many sizes: decides the printing pace.
With this information we can recommend better.
The questions we hear most when someone is building or upgrading a labeling system for this sector.
For dedicated production a specific textile printer like Italora TX Twin Head is recommended: double head for simultaneous printing, reinforced chassis and compatibility with satin, polyamide and taffeta tape. For low volumes, some industrial printers (Zebra ZT411, SATO CL4NX) may adapt with the right tape.
Always textile resin ribbon. Wax and wax-resin do not withstand washing: ink smears or fades. Textile resin ensures adhesion on synthetic material and resistance to repeated industrial or domestic washing.
Usually with a tag applicator and fine fasteners: the applicator inserts a plastic or thread fastener that fixes the hanging tag to the garment. For internal labels (composition, care), they are sewn during sewing. We guide you based on your production process.
Tell us what garments you label, what washing process they have and what monthly volume you handle. We will recommend printer, label, ribbon and applicator based on your production.
